Next Level Athletics offers Performance Training for Athletes of all ages and experience levels. The focus is to improve athletes overall athletic ability including their functional mobility, flexibility, strength, explosiveness, speed, and acceleration.

*Athletes group can be adjusted according to their experience / ability level. This decision will come at the discretion of a Next Level Trainer.

Monday / Wednesday / Friday

5:00pm – 6:00pm Level 2 / 3
5:45pm – 6:45pm Level 1 / 2
7:15pm – 8:15pm Level 2 / 3

Tuesday / Thursday

5:30pm – 6:30pm Level 1 / 2
5:45pm – 6:45pm Level 2 / 3

Saturdays

8:45am – 9:45am Level 2 / 3
10:15am – 11:15am Level 1 / 2
11:45am – 12:45am Level 2 / 3

WHAT LEVEL ARE YOU?

Level 1 – Ages 6 – 9 (no strength / speed training experience)

Level 2 – Ages 10 – 13 ( 1-2 years strength / speed training experience)

Level 3 – Ages 14 and Up (3 or more years strength / speed training experience)

$120 for 8 workouts (workouts must be complete in a 4 week period)
