Next Level Athletics offers Performance Training for Athletes of all ages and experience levels. The focus is to improve athletes overall athletic ability including their functional mobility, flexibility, strength, explosiveness, speed, and acceleration.

*Athletes group can be adjusted according to their experience / ability level. This decision will come at the discretion of a Next Level Sports Performance Coach.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

STARTS: TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 10TH

ENDS: TUESDAY NOVEMBER 26TH

 

Tuesday / Thursday

6:30pm – 7:30pm Level 1 / 2
7:30pm – 8:30pm Level 2 / 3

WHAT LEVEL ARE YOU?

Level 1 – Ages 8 – 12 (no strength / speed training experience)

LEVEL 1 REGISTER HERE

 

Level 2 – Ages 13 – 15 ( 1-2 years strength / speed training experience)

LEVEL 2 REGISTER HERE

Level 3 – Ages 16 and Up (3 or more years strength / speed training experience)

LEVEL 3 REGISTER HERE
