Next Level Athletics offers Performance Training for Athletes of all ages and experience levels. The focus is to improve athletes overall athletic ability including their functional mobility, flexibility, strength, explosiveness, speed, and acceleration.

There are 3 training levels/groups available:

TUESDAYS

Tier 1 Athlete  5:30pm – 6:30pm

Tier 2 Athlete 6:30pm – 7:30pm 

Tier 3 Athlete 7:30pm – 8:30pm

THURSDAY

Tier 1 Athlete  5:30pm – 6:30pm

Tier 2 Athlete 6:30pm – 7:30pm 

Tier 3 Athlete 7:30pm – 8:30pm

FRIDAY

Tier 1 Athlete  5:30pm – 6:30pm

Tier 2 Athlete 6:30pm – 7:30pm 

Tier 3 Athlete 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Athletes will be placed in a Tier group based on their assessment prior to beginning workouts as well as their experience.
